The many aspects of the project were accomplished in large part through hardworking volunteers. The Ted Trueblood Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Boise Valley Flyfishermen, Boy Scout Troops from the Boise area, Boise National Forest Employees Association, private citizens, and others played a major role in helping to complete channel restoration, riparian fencing, and trail construction. These groups of volunteers were involved in 1999 as well as 2000.
