| We started shooting 35mm panoramas in the late 1970's for wide screens using twelve slide projectors. When Apple produced QuickTime Virtual Reality (QTVR) in 1995, we began shooting for this new interactive digital way of presenting panoramas.
Over the years, we have photographed and processed thousands of panoramas from Alaska, the western United States and other areas throughout the US. On the Internet today, these immersive panoramas will let you navigate in a 360 degree circle, viewing everything that is visible from one spot. The first time you see a good QTVR panorama, it can almost take your breath away - this new technology is that amazing!
We have continually increased the quality of the panoramas we produce for the Web. For example, in 2001 we started shooting and producing "Cubic Panoramas" which let you see everything from your feet to the top of the sky above you.
Recently, we have also discovered how to let web users see and manipulate these High Definition panoramas while viewing them full screen on their monitor. When you scroll around and zoom in and out of these amazing 3D computer photographs you will experience a unique feeling of almost being in that place.
We are featuring the High Definition Panoramas from wild Idaho in the Interactive Virtual Tour section. Look for the Full Screen versions. Please visit;
