| Success is impossible to measure, without base line information. Because of the enthusiasm of a high school teacher and his students in south central Idaho, the Willow Creek Watershed Team will know whether efforts to restore past damage from livestock, roads and mines are successful. | With the help of state and federal agencies and the participation of local land owners, students have become monitors of watershed condition and most valuable players on a community team that wants everyone to win. |
